Tizwhiz Feeds respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
• Purchase history: products bought, quantities, dates, and store location.
• Communications: messages you send us and our replies.
• Website information: basic server logs such as IP address and pages visited.

We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves; card payments are handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To fulfil and deliver your orders
• To contact you about an order, a pickup, or a delivery
• To let you know when a product you buy is due to run low or is back in stock, if you have asked us to
• To improve what we stock and how we serve customers
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Text messages and email

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected for messaging are used only to send you messages from Tizwhiz Feeds. Where we use a messaging provider to deliver those messages, they act on our instructions and may not use your information for anything else.

Who we share information with

Only where necessary, and only to run the business:

• Payment processors, to take payment
• Delivery providers, to get your order to you
• Software providers who store our records or deliver our messages, acting on our instructions
• Anyone we are legally required to share with

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a customer, and for as long afterwards as we need it for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep them.

Your choices

• Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message, or ask us any way you like — by phone, by email, or in the store.
• Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link, or reply and ask.
• See or correct your details: contact us and we will.
• Delete your details: contact us and we will, subject to records we must legally keep.

Children

Our products are not marketed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
